1. Flights to India are suspended until 28 February 2021.
– This does not apply to relief, repatriation and humanitarian flights.
2. Passengers are not allowed to enter.
This does not apply to:
– nationals of India;
– residents of India;
– nationals of Nepal and Bhutan;
– spouses of nationals of India. They must present proof of the marriage and a copy of the Indian nationals passport;
– passengers with an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card or booklet;
– students if one of the parents is a national of India or an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card holder;
– minors if one of the parents is a national of India or an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card holder;
– spouses of an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card holder. They must present proof of the marriage and a copy of the OCI card;
– single parents of a minor who is national of India or an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card holder;
– passengers with a Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) card;
– passengers with a visa (excluding medical visas issued on or before 21 October 2020, and tourist visas) issued by India;
– passengers returning from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Maldives or Nepal via India to their country of residence.
3. Passengers are not allowed to transit through Bangalore (BLR), Chennai (MAA), Delhi (DEL), Hyderabad (HYD), Kolkata (CCU) or Mumbai (BOM).
4. E-visas and tourist Visas are no longer valid.
5. Medical visas issued on or before 21 October 2020 are no longer valid.
6. Passengers arriving in India, Travel to India:
– are subject to medical screening; and
– must present a completed Self-reporting form obtained at https://www.newdelhiairport.in/covid19
7. Passengers without a printed medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) RT-PCR test result issued at most 72 hours before departure could be subject to an RT-PCR test and quarantine for 14 days.
8. Until 14 February 2021, passengers who are arriving from or have transited through the United Kingdom:
– must complete a self-declaration form at www.newdelhiairport.in at least 72 hours before departure; and
– must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) RT-PCR test result. The test must have been taken at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. Passengers must upload the test result at www.newdelhiairport.in ; and
– must be traveling on a direct flight from the United Kingdom to India; Direct flight from London to India and

9. Airline crew who are arriving from or have transited through the United Kingdom:

– are subject to a Coronavirus (COVID-19) RT-PCR test upon arrival.
