Cancellation Policy & Payment Terms
  • If you wish to make a change after the booking has been accepted and arrangements confirmed, an amendment fee of £50 per set of alterations per person will be charged, in addition to any cost difference.
  • Cancellation/Modification charges will be calculated on gross cost and charges depends on date of departure and date of cancellation requested.
  • Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned supplier.
  • Air tickets cancellation/modifications are based on airline policy in which you will have to bear the charges.
  • Any refund amount to the Guest will be paid off once we receives refund from the respective supplier. We will deduct processing/service fee from the gross amount.
